2008 Exhibited at Morristown Courthouse 2006 Special Recognition Award - 8th Annual Summer All Media Juried International The village of Waterloo had its most active period with the arrival of the Morris Canal in 1831. Today, Waterloo Village is the only place on the East Coast where both a canal lock and the remains of an inclined plane can be seen. To show some activity in my painting, I used my models - my horse-drawn wagon from my HO scale collection and handmade paper canal boat.
